Hamlin Roofing and Repairs works out of Midlothian and has been on North Texas roofs since 2016. Robert Rostamo owns it, and Jack, Elijah and Trey run the jobs, so those four are the whole list of people who might turn up at your house.
The name is newer than the experience behind it. Hamlin is a fresh chapter after a decade of learning this trade here, including the Texas insurance maze, one job at a time rather than out of a corporate manual.
The work is deliberately weighted toward the small end. A $300 repair today saves $3,000 of interior damage tomorrow, and we do not go looking for full replacements. The money in roofing is in tear-offs, so a company weighted to repairs is choosing the smaller job on purpose.
We have been Midlothian Chamber of Commerce members since 2021, and the crews still run out to Waxahachie, Red Oak, Mansfield, Burleson and Cleburne from the same yard they did on day one.
